Install Git

Right now we are just setting this up, we will do more with this later.

• Mac: in Terminal run xcode-select --install
• Windows:  download installer from git-scm.com/downloads.  Default options are fine.

Did it work?  Check in either Terminal for Mac or Powershell for Windows by typing:

git --version
